I am very pleased with this duvet cover. It is really difficult to find duvets of this quality for the price offered here. The quality of the duvet (and matching shams) is really beautiful. The fact that it can be washed is a great plus as well. While the color (taupe/natural) is perfect in my guest room (I was fearful it would be too beige), the darker color (taupe) actually has a lot of golden tones and the background is a "gray beige." This actually matches my color scheme perfectly; but for those who really want more of a beige/taupe and light background, you may be disappointed. I thought the color was completely off from what I saw on the website. But, as I say, for me, this is perfect!

I bought all new bedding in this pattern, and I'm in love with it. It has the look and feel of really high end fabric. The color hues in it are interesting, and I've still not found everything I want to go with it. Some blues and taupes that I think are spot-on, aren't, and I accidentally put a soft, muted lavender pillow next to it, and it was perfect. But it's all part of the fun of decorating and discovering what works and what doesn't. Somehow, the colors are peaceful. I walk into my bedroom (months after purchasing), and I'll just stand for a couple of seconds and drink it all in.

Bought this and the matching shams for my king sized down comforter. I really appreciated the luxuriousness of the fabric and the lovely contrast of stripes on the reverse side of the duvet but I was disappointed on 2 counts: 1) it was so huge--both the duvet cover and shams. I even doubled-checked the packaging to make sure I didn't mistakenly order a California King size. There was a lot of excess fabric along the sides and at the bottom of the duvet...so much so that my standard-sized king comforter was swimming around inside and constantly shifting and bunching up. As such, it didn't look as nice at the picture indicated. Same with the pillows. 2) the colors of the sham and duvet didn't quite match each other. It was almost as though they were not dyed in the same batch--the shams were lighter in color than the duvet. The color was less blue than I was hoping for too...more of a lilac purple.

This duvet cover is rich looking, feels very soft, and best of all, is machine washable. It met all my criteria. The price/value ratio is very good. I am particular about my bedding. I wanted to make sure it felt good as well as looked good. We are very happy with it.

it is a great duvet cover. It is beautiful and easy to take care of. I am so glad I purchased this entire set!
